A man has been taken into custody for three counts of intoxication manslaughter, according to News West - 9. A white van, which was later identified as an ice cream truck, was hit by a Dodge Charger. Authorities say that both vehicles caught on fire after the collision happened. Sadly, the three people inside the ice cream truck were killed in the crash. The four people who were inside the Charger were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
