According to News West 9, A man was involved in a deadly accident that claimed his life on Memorial Day, May 29th. The man, identified as Paul Stuart from Midland, may have gotten caught in his winch on the back of a stuck while stringing out cable for a drilling rig. Co-workers discovered the aftermath and, also,  the incident is being treated like an accident. As a result, OSHA has taken over the investigation as to what really happened. Our condolences go out to the surviving members of the family.
