Reported by OA online, a man, John Weaver, 59, was traveling northbound on the 7600 block of North Grandview Avenue when he drove on the wrong side of the road and crashed into a Chevy Tahoe traveling the opposite direction. Police responded to the scene of the wreck at approximately 2:24 p.m. Monday afternoon.
Weaver was not wearing his helmet during the impact. However, he was transported to Medical Center Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Tahoe, Irene Lujan, was not injured.
