A report by CBS - 7 stated that an Odessa man died in a rollover crash on Highway 385 north of Odessa. DPS officers have identified the driver as Rigoberto Mendoza, age 43, and he was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The passenger was identified as Manual Ochoa Rivas, age 55. Sadly, the passenger died in transport to the hospital. Initial investigations into the cause of the accident determined that a possible tire blowout was the cause of the single-vehicle wreck.
